The website www.ibiza.travel offers a range of content about Ibiza that may be of interest to potential tourists, including information on its protected natural areas, museums, markets, traditions, folklore, accommodation options, restaurants, travel agencies, boat charter companies and other service providers. In addition, it contains generic content designed to appeal to different types of tourists, such as families, seniors, sports enthusiasts, etc.
Its main objective is to provide the media, tour operators and the general public with information on the tourism offer on the island of Ibiza.
PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, users are hereby informed that all data they provide to us will be incorporated into a database created and maintained by the Consell Insular d’Eivissa (CIE). The CIE reserves the right to modify its personal data processing and security policy at any time as long as it remains compliant with current legislation on data protection, and after notifying the interested parties, either by publication on this page or elsewhere on the website.

FORCE MAJEURE
The CIE shall not be liable in the event of an inability to provide the service, should this be due to prolonged interruptions to the electricity supply, telecommunications failures, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or acts of God.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The CIE cannot be held liable for the information and content stored in forums, social networks or any other medium that allows third parties to publish content independently on the provider’s website.
However, in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, it undertakes to remove or, where appropriate, block any content that could affect or contravene national or international legislation, the rights of third parties, or morality and public order.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. The Courts of Ibiza shall have jurisdiction over any litigation that may arise in relation to the website or the activity carried out therein, and the user expressly renounces any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
